Many of our clients receive as little as $600 per month in Social Security and $12 per month in SNAP benefits. As you can imagine, that doesn't stretch very far. Hart Felt’s Grocery Program delivers groceries right to a senior’s door.

Why is the program meaningful?

A Hart Felt staff member calls clients to compile a personalized grocery list, ensuring clients receive foods they like and that align with dietary restrictions.
Some clients are still able to cook—and truly enjoy it. Providing groceries instead of prepared meals allows them to stay independent and continue doing something that brings them purpose and joy.
