Since its inception in 2003, Hart Felt Ministries has helped under-served and under-resourced seniors 70 and older age in place.

We offer four programs: Companionship (friendly visits, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, telephone calls, advocacy, yard work, etc.); Fall Prevention (wheelchair ramps, grab bars and railings); The Hart Fund (emergency financial assistance and minor home repairs); and Transportation.
